Honestly no reason to complain. The hotel with big and beautiful rooms, in a wonderful area, in the nature. The staff was AMICABLE and the setting was perfect and comfortable. The rooms with comfortable seating as well as a fireplace. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

I have stayed in quadruple room with a fireplace and comfortable seating, as for instance for 2 nights.

The room we had included a microwave, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. It faced garden. It was an unbeatable and convenient location just off wineries, hiking trails and the nature.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring nearby wineries. The room had a charming rustic vibe and the aesthetic was truly unique. I appreciated the availability of coffee pods and tea, as well as the smart TV with streaming apps. I enjoyed my stay at New Park Venue & Suites.

Inconsistent upkeep detracted from an otherwise beautiful property. The noise from the flimsy temporary door/wall between the Upper/Lower bunk units made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is a hidden gem with unique and exclusive amenities. The luxurious bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and stone walk-in shower fulfilled my expectations. The garden area is peaceful with picturesque views. The leisure/TV room was a nice touch and provided a comfortable and homey escape. The location advantage is great for privacy and nature walks.

Although the hotel was impressive, the communication with the property owner before my arrival was challenging. It would have been helpful to have a sign reminding guests to put away their belongings.
